Administrative Pastor

Hi, I’m Steve Neumann, the Administrative and Spiritual Growth Pastor. I am truly thankful to serve the Lord and His people at a place like Mt Zion where people have such an obvious love for the Lord and His truth, and for sharing that saving and comforting love of God with others. Their zeal and care are so inspiring and encouraging to me and my family. This truly is a family of faith.

I was born and raised in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. I graduated from Northwestern Preparatory School and then Northwestern College of Watertown, WI where I was in the pastoral ministry track of studies. I graduated in May 1996 from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI, and received my first Divine Call at that time to serve God\'s people at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Springville, NY (south of Buffalo), a mission congregation that went through a building program while I was there. While serving out east, I also served the Lord and His church on the District Mission Board for four years until accepting the call here to Kenosha. I was installed here at Mt Zion on September 10, 2006 as the 1st of a two man ministry team.

My wife, Nichole, and I were married in June of 1996, and the Lord has blessed us with three wonderful children. I enjoy most sports. I love to play cards and games, and am also a history buff (especially Civil War history).
