Hi, I’m Scott Bergemann, the Outreach and Family pastor. The Holy Spirit has called me to a most beautiful place -- the Mt. Zion family in Kenosha. I came here not too long ago and have been deeply touched by God’s love through these people. But it’s not just the great people that make this place so beautiful, but most importantly our great Lord who shows us what love is really all about. A love that doesn’t have any strings attached. God sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for all our sins.

It’s an underserved blessing to serve the Lord full time like this. To be a student of God’s Word and at the same time to teach it as God’s truth for all people of all times. No matter who you are or where you are from, here is a beautiful place where you will learn about God’s unconditional love for you. I grew up in Milwaukee. I graduated from Martin Luther College in Minnesota and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI. Before I came here, the only other time I was in Kenosha was to get off the freeway and stop at White Castle. I thank God for my parents, family, and friends. Other things that I am thankful for are the Milwaukee Brewers, Mexican food, lasagna, roller coasters, and vacations.
